Duvet sets in our local bed/bath store are crazy expensive for the CalKing size. This one is super soft, bright white, very high end hotel look. Comes with two king sized pillow shams. I also bought the duvet itself from this same company and together they are wonderful! I feel like I'm crawling into bed at a fancy European hotel every night. Love it!

This duvet cover set is very beautiful with a classy look. It was a perfect fit for the comforter previously purchased from Royal Hotel Bedding. I definitely will return for other bedding needs I may have. The price for this set was very good and the quality was excellent. Delivery was quick. I highly recommend this Amazon seller.

After surveying the 1000s of choices on Amazon, I thought a 1200 thread count duvet cover plus 2 shams at this price might be too good to be true. I am glad I took a chance and the linens are soft and have the sateen cotton, damask stripe sheen that I was looking for. It also fits the Charter Club king duvet I purchased perfectly. The only reason I am giving 4-stars versus 5 is for thickness. I bought a $180 damask stripe 500-thread count duvet cover with no shams included from Macy's which is noticeably thicker/heavier but similar in construction and classic looks. For half the price of the more expensive version, this is an excellent value and solid product I would recommend. I have not yet washed it but will update my review if there are any concerns.

I've been through countless duvet covers, due to shrinkage, or most often, rips and tears in it. I bought the Royal Hotel brand 1200 thread count duvet cover, because I'd previously bought Royal Hotel's 800 TC sheets sets that were out of this world luxurious. I cannot believe that this duvet cover is 1200 thread count. It seems MUCH too thin - in fact, much thinner than the 800 TC sheets. It looks like a thin, simple pillow case over my comforter. Not what I had in mind. I thought that at 1200 TC it would be much thicker and sturdier. It's not. We'll see how long it lasts. I don't hold out much hope. I've had lesser thread count duvet covers that were more substantial than this seems to be.
