The quilt and shams are exactly as shown in the photo. They are well-made and fit my queen bed perfectly. The weight is heavy enough for warmth at normal room temperatures and light enough for comfort. I love the homey feel they give to my bedroom. I like them so much that I bought another Greenland Home quilt set for the bed in my guest room. I have not washed the set, but when I do I will probably air dry it because it is 100% cotton.
