We used this set to get my 2 year old son excited in this area his big-boy bed. He loves animals and it's not too baby so I thought it would be a good middle set. We took down the crib, set up his new bed and I of way washed the set before to putting it on. When I pulled the eiderdown out of my washer here was colorless big the planet over. I check and here was a big hole in the seam of the eiderdown everywhere the stiching had not caught aptly. I had a modest boy who was actually excited (with a lot of parental promotion) in this area this eiderdown (no returning at that top) so I pulled out my darning machine and flat it the best that I may maybe. It has held up so far with a few more washes but I don't have high hopes and hate that I paid for a in tears and had to fix it before to it even got used.

I ordered three of these sets for my boys. I was skeptical because of copious bad reviews, but for this price I decided to try them anyway. I have a two five-time-olds and a three-time-old, so washing is a must! I have washed these several times currently and have not had a single stitch come undone. I have one of the older washing machines too that really put a beating on things with the center agitator. I read that these have the cotton batting that bunches up too, hmmm. Well as far as I can caution it single bunches up at the top and bottom of the comforter, the middle stays in house well. I was worried I needed to be an expert seamstress to own one of these sets! Not the case. Like I said, I ordered three of these and house of protection't had a single problem with one of them. I tint them about twice a week too. I do dried made known them on low excitement. And no problem, the floor skirt is the same print as the comforter, not plain orange as pictured. If you like the pic, you will like them in person. Mine is identical. I felt these were extremely similar to children's sleeping bags. Great for superfluous cold winter nights. My boys and I really like these! The four star rating comes starting the cotton batting bunching up at the top and bottom of the comforter. (But not horribly!) Hope this review helps!
