It's hard to find duvet covers for twin beds that are not geared expressly for a outcome's room. This is a classic, grown-up looking cover of high quality. Only reason I gave it four stars instead of five is that the affect seems more yellow than ivory cream, but is still a lovely affect if that variation wouldn't theme to you.
